Your cravings are taking control of you, instead of you taking control of your cravings Instead of snickers get a chocolate/peanut butter quest bar. Want fast food -> get grilled chicken options. Burgers ? -> use a lean ground beef and make your own. You like ice cream get halo top/nicks Swedish ice cream. Just eat less during the day leading up to that point. Give yourself 1-2 meals per week where you can have your favorite food(pizza,burgers,etc).

You wanna feel full and satisfied during a cut, you need more Whole Foods. Allow 80/20, 80% healthy foods, 20% foods you truly enjoyĮAT MORE WHOLE FOODS.
